For the project that would implement the Shielded IDO Rules, we have a unique set of requirements.
Users can be guaranteed to claim the token and support the projects they love.
Based on the project's established vesting schedule, BSCS Launchpad will only transfer funds in batches. The first batch fund will be transferred within 48 hours after the token listing event on the exchange, and the subsequent transfers will follow the project's IDO token vesting schedule.
This will allow BSCS to hold raised amounts for refunds in a safe vault in case of rug pools or any other critical failure caused directly or indirectly by incompetent project management.
For example:
A project raises $100,000 in an IDO on BSCS with a distribution of 25% at TGE, linear vesting over 3 months with 25% token distribution each month.
BSCS will only transfer $25,000 within 48 hours after the TGE, and subsequent transfers will be after the project's 2nd, 3rd, and 4th vesting.
At the token listing event, the project must maintain the token price at least 25% above the IDO price to be eligible to claim the fund. If the token price falls below the IDO price for 24 consecutive hours, BSCS will use the fund from the IDO to fully refund the community.
At the 2nd vesting, BSCS will only transfer the fund when the project’s token price is above the IDO price. Suppose the token price falls below the IDO price for 48 consecutive hours (starting from the 2nd vesting). In that case, BSCS will refund the community an amount equal to the tokens distributed in this vesting. (As in the example, the refund will be 25%, equivalent to the 2nd fund batch).
Every subsequent token vesting event of the project will also be applied with the exact requirement as the 2nd vesting. This requirement is mandatory for all projects in all market conditions.
The Refund mechanism will apply to all Tiers if the project fails to satisfy the Price Maintenance Requirement.
Significantly, “Super Diamond” users can trigger the refund mechanism within 12 hours after TGE in any circumstances.
