⭐️ Fund Distribution

• Funds are released in batches aligned with the project’s vesting schedule, beginning 48 hours after listing, and the subsequent transfers will follow the project's IDO token vesting schedule.

• BSCS retains reserves to cover refunds if projects underperform in case of rug pools or any other critical failure caused directly or indirectly.

⭐️ Price Maintenance Criteria

• At listing: Token price must be 25%+ above IDO price for 24 consecutive hours.

• Ongoing vestings: Token price must stay above IDO price for 48 consecutive hours at vesting tim.

• Non-compliance triggers refunds for affected batches.

⭐️ Refund Mechanism

• Available to all tiers if price conditions fail.

• Super Diamond Exclusive: 12-hour refund option post-TGE, regardless of price.
