# How to get USDT on Ethereum mainnet

There are several ways to obtain USDT on Ethereum Network, we will guide you on the easiest way to possess USDT

Withdraw from CEX that support USDT Ethereum Network or send from a wallet address that is active on the Ethereum network.

**Step 1:** Copy your wallet address and fill it in the withdraw section on CEX or fill it in a receive wallet box if you transfer from another wallet address running on the Ethereum network (Metamask, Trustwallet...)

**Step 2:** Wait for 1-3 minutes then go back to your Metamask wallet to check the balance. At this time, the USDT balance will not appear because you have not added USDT to the wallet. To add USDT to your wallet, select “Import token” as shown below:

Then enter the Ethereum network USDT contract: **0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206994597c13d831ec7** 

and select “Add custom Token” then the USDT balance in the wallet will appear
